By accessing or using the site and enrolling in any course on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation or professional management of television and streaming productions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under UK law between you and premiereup.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract to use this site or enrol in courses. Permitted use is limited to personal or professional learning about live production and broadcasting. You may access course materials only for the duration of your enrolment and must not share login credentials or distribute content to third parties without written permission from premiereup.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorised access. Prohibited activities also include recording or redistributing live course sessions, using automated tools to scrape content, or harassing instructors or other participants. premiereup reserves the right to suspend access without notice if prohibited conduct is detected.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Creating an account is required for course enrolment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Any submissions such as assignments or feedback become the property of premiereup upon upload. You warrant that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and grant premiereup a perpetual licence to use them for course improvement and marketing within the United Kingdom.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All course materials, videos, diagrams and text remain the exclusive property of premiereup or its licensors. Trademarks such as the company name and logos may not be reproduced without prior consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view materials solely for your own learning. Any other use, including commercial exploitation, is prohibited.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination
premiereup aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Courses may be updated, postponed or withdrawn at any time. premiereup may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination you must cease all use of downloaded materials and delete any copies in your possession.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
Course content is provided for educational purposes and premiereup makes no warranty that it will meet your specific professional requirements or guarantee employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by UK consumer law, all implied warranties are excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Proportionate limitation of liability
premiereup limits its liability for direct losses to the amount paid for the relevant course. premiereup is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, except where liability cannot be limited under UK law such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort or otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify premiereup against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your use of course materials in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. You may also use alternative dispute resolution services such as those provided by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. premiereup may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
