premiereup was founded by working broadcast directors who were tired of seeing switching taught with slides instead of consoles. Today we run dedicated courses in multi-camera switching, live direction, and streaming production management for people who intend to work in a real control room.
A studio built for training, not just filming
Our facility replicates the pace and pressure of a real broadcast: multiple cameras, a live gallery, talkback headsets, and a running order that does not wait for anyone. Trainees make the same calls a working technical director would make, under the same time pressure.
We deliberately keep the equipment close to what our graduates will meet on the job, from broadcast vision mixers to industry-standard streaming encoders.

Instructors who still work in the gallery
Our trainers split their time between teaching and directing live sport, entertainment, and corporate broadcasts. That means the techniques you learn on Monday could be the same ones your instructor uses on a live shift the same week.
